va va voom...

we all have them... parts of our bodies that make us feel like a million bucks. for some, it's their legs, others their toes. smiles, stomachs, eyes, and all other features can make a woman feel confident. for me, it's my eyelashes. i love my eyelashes. i love that they're long and luscious. i love that i can use ANY type of mascara and have lashes that say POW. yes, just like that picture. :]

excuse my while i brag for a while. some girls have to curl and re-curl their lashes to keep them from going board straight. thankfully i was well endowed with the curliest of lashes so all i have to do is apply mascara and wham, job done. recently, there have been so many new and improved mascaras out that will boost and volume-ize your lashes with just one swipe. for example, the new vibrating mascaras.

well ladies, i am thrilled to share that some Asian countries have developed a new way to get those long lashes without the expensive vibrating mascara. just watch...

Love, Mrs. Pear.

p.s. what's your favorite feature?

The life I now live...

Well... It's been well over a  month since I married the greatest man in the entire world. I guess it's time for a quick little update! :)

:Our wedding went incredibly well. The temple is amazing, I love it so much and the fact that I married my husband for time and all eternity makes it even better. Even after this life, we'll still be together in the eternities. How swell is that? I'm lovin' that thought right about now!

:The reception was amazing. I have so many people to thank for helping set everything up and help decorate the room! From what I remember, everything was very pretty! And the food, well, I didn't get to try it but I heard it was just so very scrumptious. How lame is that, that on my very own wedding day I didn't even get a lick of the food I picked out for it!? Haha, a bit ridiculous, but hey what can I do about it now?  Nothing.

:Our honeymoon was everything I thought it'd be plus more! We had so much fun spending time together in a little cabin up North. It was really fun just being by ourselves, finally married without the distraction of others.

:Life ever since that lovely day on June 10, 2010, has been like a dream come true! He treats me like a princess and I couldn't be more blessed with a better man. He's my best friend and I love spending time with him, we have so much fun! I especially love our date nights! Sometimes we go do the normal, non-original stuff like going to a movie, but sometimes we get creative like once we built a fort around our TV and watched a scary movie. Even though the movie turned out to be a lame one, nothing scary at all, our fort rocked.

Well, I don't want to over post you, so I'll just stop here but leave you with a picture. Our wedding shots were done by Amanda at pieintheskyphotography.com. She is amazing. And my cousin. Haha :) Here's my favorite one we've gotten so far. We only have a few that we used at the reception, I'm still patiently waiting for the other, but I guess looking at five all day long will suffice until I get more.

I love this one because of how happy we look. Correction, how happy we are. She really captured the moment well, and I love it! I'll upload more as my posts go on [that is if anyone even reads this haha].
